Classic Foods is Oregon's fresh pasta specialist. Our pasta is handmade in house in small batches from locally milled durum semolina flour, fresh pasteurized cage-free eggs and filtered water. We feature many seasonal offerings including fresh pasta flavored with estate grown organic herbs, potato gnocchi, and artisanal ravioli inspired by products from local farmer's markets and growers. We have six cuts of laminated sheeted pasta, ten extruded shapes and three shapes of ravioli.
We also carry dried pasta from Dakota Growers, premium dried pasta from Italpasta of Canada, and many Asian varieties.
