 Classic Foods has most everything you need to build up the umami in Pacific Rim fusion cuisine, with offerings representing the major Asian cultures including Thai, Indian, Japanese and Chinese.
From Thailand we offer Taste of Thai Red, Yellow, and Green Curry pastes, Pad Thai Sauce and Peanut Sauce. We also offer Fish Sauce, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Sweet Chili Sauce and Sambal Oelek, all critical ingredients to authentic Thai cooking.
 Japanese products include Wasabi powder, Pickled Ginger, Rice Wine Vinegar, Mirin, Miso Paste and Nori wrappers for sushi. Our soy sauce is locally produced in Salem by Yamasa, one of Japan's largest and oldest manufacturers.
We feature locally made Indian-style curries from Masala Maza, all natural menu-ready sauces including Tandoori, Coconut Curry, Tikka Masala, Vindaloo and Korma Simmer Sauce.
We have the basic ingredients of Chinese cuisine including Hoisin, Oyster and Plum sauces, as well as Rice Paper Sheets to make salad rolls, and Won Ton wrappers. |
