 Classic Foods is an artisan specialty foods manufacturer and distributor in Portland, Oregon serving restaurants, hotels and institutions with regular deliveries in the Portland Metro, Salem and Yamhill County areas. We also have daily UPS shipments and supply other wholesale distributors. Please check with us for delivery options. We are Oregon's fresh pasta specialists, with an emphasis on specialty ravioli made with local, seasonal ingredients.
We pack our own line of herbs and spices, sourced from a select group of growers and processors with whom we've established long-term working relationships. We make all of our spice blends in house, always keeping in mind our goal of providing the best possible quality to our customers. To maximize freshness we never overbuy. Many of our spices are ground to order monthly, including our true Indian Malabar black pepper, cumin and paprika.
Our custom line of pesto sauces and marinated sun dried tomatoes are made in house weekly to ensure freshness and quality.
We have an extensive selection of European and domestic cheeses as well as locally produced artisan cheeses. Argentine Reggianito and Italian Pecorino Romano are grated and shredded in house several times a week , making it possible to avoid using preservatives. |
